Build a Ventilated Base
Place a 10–15 cm layer of small wood chips, coarse shavings or straw at the bottom of the compost bin to support drainage and airflow.
A simple routine for handling plant-based cat litter and certified compostable bags using dry carbon materials, moisture, airflow and controlled decomposition.
Use only plant-based litter and bags clearly labeled Certified Compostable. Composting availability and accepted materials vary by location.
Use dry carbon materials to manage moisture, keep the mixture loose and maintain enough airflow for active decomposition.
01
Place a 10–15 cm layer of small wood chips, coarse shavings or straw at the bottom of the compost bin to support drainage and airflow.
02
Mix one part used plant-based litter with one to two parts dry leaves, fine wood shavings or shredded cardboard.
03
The mixture should feel damp like a wrung-out sponge without dripping. An active compost pile may reach approximately 55–65°C.
04
Turn the pile when the temperature begins to fall. Break apart dense clumps and continue curing until the material becomes dark, loose and earthy.
These materials absorb excess moisture, improve airflow and help balance the compost mixture. Add more whenever the pile feels wet, dense or develops a strong odor.
The material should be dark, loose and soil-like, with no recognizable litter clumps and an earthy smell. Allow additional curing time after the active stage.

Our cat clothing sizes are organized by body weight, so there is no need to measure the neck, chest, or back before shopping.
Weigh your cat and compare the result with the weight chart shown on the individual product page. Because designs may fit differently, always use the chart provided for the specific outfit.
Use a pet scale or weigh yourself while holding your cat, then subtract your own weight.
Match your cat’s weight with the recommended range displayed on the individual product page.
When your cat is near the top of a range, consider the next roomier option for easier movement.
Introduce new clothing gradually and supervise your cat while it is being worn. Make sure the outfit does not restrict walking, breathing, hearing, grooming, or normal body movement.
Remove the outfit if your cat appears uncomfortable, repeatedly tries to escape it, becomes unusually still, or shows signs of stress. Costumes with small decorative parts should always be used under supervision.
