Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Acathat, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order is not quite right, you may request a return, exchange, or cancellation according to the policy below.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To start a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact us at acathat.com@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our customer service team will review your request and provide the next steps by email.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information when requested

Please contact us before sending back any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent back by mail. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address by email.


Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at acathat.com@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem, when applicable

If the outer package is damaged and this causes the product to not function properly, we will review the case and may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Another appropriate solution based on the situation

If the package is not obviously damaged but the product has a confirmed serious quality issue, we will cover the approved return shipping cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

  • If the product is defective, damaged, seriously faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the approved return shipping cost
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or are not satisfied despite there being no product issue, the return shipping cost is normally the customer’s responsibility

Return shipping arrangements and instructions will be provided by email after your request is reviewed and approved.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

If the exchange is related to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order for personal reasons after placing it but before it has been dispatched, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted. The remaining 95% will be refunded to your original payment account within one week.

Please note:

  • Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to acathat.com@gmail.com

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it due to international logistics constraints.

For cancellation requests, please contact us by email rather than through social media private messages.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With tags, where applicable
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at acathat.com@gmail.com.
